as for stafford im sure you could get him for next to nothing. he makes 4 mil and isnt playing and not to mention sabres need to clear cap. there will be a lot of players up for next to nothing with the cap coming down. if your an owner id rather get a 5th rounder than pay 8 mil to buy him out... food for thought

My favorite team is the Oilers my hometown team is the Jets therefore I want the Oilers and the Jets to make lots of trades so that way its a win win for me...go ahead oilers, trade Hemsky, Smid, Omark and Gagner to the Jets..Oilers get back Bogosian, Little and a 2nd round pick..both teams lose, but I win.

I really hope Krueger is fired at season's end. His misuse of Yakapov is ridiculous. Everytime the kid plays better he gets demoted or benched. I could see him demanding a trade if this bullpoop continues.

I really hope Krueger is fired at season's end. His misuse of Yakapov is ridiculous. Everytime the kid plays better he gets demoted or benched. I could see him demanding a trade if this bullpoop continues.

No more trades that's see roster players leaving, and draft picks coming back. if Tambo can't get a serviceable NHLer back, then keep the player you've got.

Besides he plays the right side, what the heck do we need with another RW'er, only spot I can think of is on the bottom 6 but Stafford certainly does not fit that role.
